My voicemail message will not play

The voicemail messaging system can come in handy for so many reasons. I personally use mine for any important calls and missed messages. Let's get this resolved together.

When you attempt to play the voicemail, are you accessing your visual voicemail? Also, have you ensured visual voicemail is setup upon attempting to hear your message? To ensure the feature is setup correctly, please check out our Device Support Tool. Select your make and model phone, click on View all Solutions > Voicemail > Setup Voicemail. 

Since you have noticed the problem to begin, have you tried to restart your device? By powering your phone off and back on, this can refresh system settings. Once your phone powers back on, please attempt to access your voicemail message to test. 

When you attempt to play the message back, do you notice if the time limit on the message is moving? In other words, this can tell you if the message is perhaps blank and not playing anything with sound. You can notice the time amount to the right of the play button.
