I can’t unlock my iphone when I was trying to switch my carrier from AT&T to Verizon. I first tried but I recieved a message that my iphone is associated with fraud and I have no idea on how to fix it. I tried going to the AT&T store but they also don’t know how to fix it so they told me to call the fraud line for AT&T but they also have no idea what to do so I was told to go back to the AT&T store to ask for help. Please help me fix this fraud problem in my iphone 8 plus.
There are a number of requirements for AT&T unlocking a device. The Requests & Facts on Unlocking a Device will fill you in. If an unlock request is filed before a device is eligible or in 14 days following an early upgrade then the Unlock Portal will frequently list the reason for the disqualification as fraud. If it's the latter, you will need to wait 14 days to submit another unlock request.
