Missing plenti points

Back in September 2016, the terms/how Plenti points are earned got changed. I don't remember the previous details, but here's how it works now.
For a lot of the new line offers, you have to manually activate the offer online at plenti.com before you perform the action. If you didn't have any activated offers when adding the line, there would be no Plenti points earned.
As far as earning Plenti points for the purchases, you need to make the purchase at an AT&T owned store (not a third party or reseller) and the sale needs to be rung up under your active wireless account that has a Plenti account linked to it.
You will also earn some Plenti points each month for your bill if you are enrolled in autopay and paperless billing.

Hello everyone,
AT&T will no longer participate in Plenti after October 31, 2017.
As an AT&T customer, you can join Plenti and link your Plenti card number to your myAT&T wireless account by September 28, 2017 and earn Plenti points on eligible AT&T purchases and monthly wireless, Internet and TV services through October 31, 2017.
After that date, you will no longer be able to earn or use Plenti points with AT&T. Plenti points can still be earned and used at other Plenti partners.
