I am getting this error when I try to unlock my phone. I had to replace my phone via insurance due to my phone being lost/stolen. My phone that was lost/stolen was unlocked prior. Why am I getting this error? I have looked up the criteria and there is nothing that should be holding this up. I travel internationally and my employer provides a prepaid SIM that I NEED to use in my phone. This has not been an issue before.
We can definitely assist you with submitting an unlock request for your cell phone on our Device unlock portal. If your IMEI is showing as incorrect, please Dial *#06# on your device to get the correct IMEI. Let us know if this helps.
