Long wait times to speak with ATT Fraud Department

I have been on hold for hours with ATT Fraud and no one has been able to help me. I had an iphone bought in Arizona through my account. How can I find help??

Phone has been on wait hold since 11am it is now 2:45  pm . 2 days ago my bank sent emails about curios charges from att. When I called att I was told my account had been hacked and someone had paid off my old phones with my credit card and ordered new I phones . After 3 hours and I managed to get the charges reveserd and my account back . Today we noticed one of the phones was not working . Calling AT&T we found out it had been upgraded to a new i phone .to get the monthly charge for the new phone removed we had to call AT&T fraud . Yesterday after waiting 3 hours andbthen he hung up after answering we tried again already waiting almost four hours . Thinking about switching services .

i got a samsung galaxy tab a sent to me from att and i did not order it nor do i have att and i dont know what to do

ATT is not following up on the fraud claim I started on 1/30/2022 in relation to another claim back in Nov 2021.
I am formally claiming that ATT charged monies on my credit card for services/goods never rendered. 
ATT fraud department phone number ( 877.844.  5584) is nothing but a loophole that directs people to file fraud claims online. There is no customer support on fraud website. 
My attempts through ATT customer service do not yield any outcome.
It is a matter of principle and not amount. ATT treats a customer with no respect and dignity. 

Incident: 211206-000020.
