Iphone8 Delivery Service Enjoy.com is a no-show for Scheldued Oct8 appointment. how to contact them? They don't respond to email's or to the phone number they listed to contact them. Wasted entire afternoon on the ATT Service. How do I get the phone I ordered? Is it better to cancel the order and buy from Apple if ATT "Enjoy" service can not deliver.

Welcome to the Community Forums. I have always been interested in Enjoy as a possibility for my mom, but unfortunately do not live in an area they service. I am sorry to hear they did not keep their appointment, and will make sure to pass this along to the appropriate people.

@JR3333 Enjoy is not an ATT service. Enjoy is a separate company that offers service through several tech companies. Since it’s free, I don’t know how they make a profit.
