Why does my iphone say off network when my old phone with at&t never had this issue? How can it be fixed? I tried everything could it be the sim cards location?

I am sorry you are having trouble with your phone showing off network. I am more than happy to assist with this!
I completely understand how important it is for your phone to show its on network at all times. The first thing I will suggest is our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Once you open the link, please select your make and model of device and follow the prompts to troubleshoot.
