Iphone 6S - cannot get mail message
Hello,
I have the iPhone 6s and when checking my MSN email at work using wifi or using data I get this messgage - Cannot Get Mail - The connection to the server failed.
I have tried deleting MSN and adding again but it only works at home using wifi.
Is anyone having or had this issue? How can I resolve this?

Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your MSN email account on the IPhone 6s.
Are you still having the issue?
If so, typically that message means that the servers for MSN are having issues.
Are you setting up the email account manually or are you actually adding the settings, via the advanced option?
I would search the app store and see if there is an MSN email app you can install.

Yes, I'm still having issues sporadically. I added MSN through settings- mail and added MSN.
I'll give your suggestion a try! Thank you so much for responding. I will post an update

I am having the same issue now as of 3/17/17 Tried taking it off and reloading it. Won't work on my ipad either. My husband can still get it on his phone though
