Iphone 5s not ringing for outgoing calls
When I place an outhoing call, I cannot hear the ringer, it is silent, even if I put it on speaker, but then I am able to hear the person once they answer my call! This just started today...

To help you troubleshoot this, please visit us online at www.att.com/devicehowto/ and select the make and model of your phone. Under the Guides, Manuals & more section, click on the troubleshoot your device link and select Phone Calls.
You will then have access to the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool which will walk you step by step through successfully resolving this.

Hello Community members! Here is some additional information about this type of issue you might find useful.
1) Hard reset the device by pressing and holding the power and home button for 10 sec.
2) www.att.com/devicehowto for device troubleshooting
3) Please download mark the spot app and report the issue.
a. Download link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/at-t-mark-the-spot/id338307313?mt=8
4) Update the ios if needed. Settings>general>software update
5) SIM swap with other device if applicable and test the resolution.
a. If the dial tone works with different SIM in the device its can potentially be ATT provisioning/network issue. Replace SIM.
b. If it does the same with different SIM in the device but doesn’t in other device please back up the device. https://www.apple.com/support/iphone/backup/
i. Restore the software using iTunes. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252
ii. Setup the device as “NEW” and test the resolution.
iii. If it doesn’t work please replace SIM.
iv. If it works restore backup using iTunes. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184. If issue comes back after restore from back up its back up issue.
