Yep. But it depends on your area and device. To find out if you're eligible, all you need to do is file a claim online at https://www.phoneclaim.com/att/ or you can also call Asurion at 888-562-8662.
A certified technician will come to you to replace your screen – as soon as the same day. An $89 deductible applies.

It depends on the model iPhone, they don't do some recent models. (And I think that service has limited coverage areas).
If they do NOT be sure to check and see what Apple will charge you for the screen replacement, it's sometimes cheaper than the deductible.
