Does Instagram video chat show up in your bill or your at&t app? I know it shows up in your recent calls for some reason but does that also mean it shows up in your bill or your AT&T app?

Allow us to assist. Instagram video chat is separate and won't show up on your call logs unless the call was made over cellular data, then the charges will display as data usage.
