I have 4 lines on my account. I was able to unlock 3 but the 4th says the phone number doesn't match the imei. I've verified it multiple times and it matches.

I have had two cases and still no resolution to my imei and phone number not matching. Last case was closed with no action taken. What is the deal?
My prepaid account phone got broken and I had to get a new one, and I need the network unlock code for the new one, but the IMEI number on the new phone doesn't match my phone number.
What needs to be done so I can get the code I need to unlock my phone?
