IPHONE WILL NOT DIAL AREA CODE
My Iphone will not dial 3 digits for the area code, only 2. Any help?

What do you mean it don't dial the area code?
When you manually dial it from the dialing pad it won't do the full 10 digits? Or do you mean when it dials from the address book/contacts it won't dial the 10 digits save for the contact?
Have you tried turning your phone off and back on?
What is your settings for: Settings > General > International > Region Format
