I need to unblock my AT&T to international use

: Hi my name is Damaris Cavagin, my ex husband bought a iPhone 6s for my young son who is 7 , he bought it in the port in st. Kitts,my little one messed up with passwords and now the phone has been blanked to restart it from the beginning, we live in Newcastle in the U.K. , iam trying to contact the team to be able to unblock the phone to international use, I have the IMEI number if needed.

COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME.... as I can’t afford to buy another phone for him

@Damarismuñoz The unlock page is at http://att.com/unlock

BUT if the unlock requirements are not met, they WILL NOT unlock it.

If it's used (and not fully paid for) or was a new phone INTENDED for prepaid, you'll have issues.

Thank you I need some kind of telephone number or email to contact the right department, iam in the U.K., so don’t know how to contact them .... ya

Not possible. There is no email and you’re not a customer.

You need to use the unlock portal as a non customer. If you get denied, post “why” with exact wording.

Since ATT does not sell phones in St Kitts, it’s likely it’s a lost phone.
