I have a sim card and plan from my work. Is it possible to convert my existing work sim to an esim?

I have a sim card and plan from my work. Is it possible to convert my existing work sim to an esim for my iPhone Xs Max?

Currently I have a verizon physical sim for my iphone and a samsung galaxy with ATT physical sim for work. I would like to make it into an eSim on my iphone so I can use it for data on my iphone and not have to carry the samsung and use the hotspot for data.

I don't have a personal site account on ATT wireless since the account is my work's some kind of business account. So I cannot login or use the app.
