I can’t unlock my phone!Too disappointed.

I am still getting the error:

The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or tablet. Please re-enter the correct 15-digit IMEI number for your AT&T wireless phone or tablet. You can obtain the IMEI number from the wireless phone by dialing *#06#.

 

I chat with ATT agent.First agent help me build a case ,but he  write wrong imei so that the email says:The IMEI provided is not a valid AT&T IMEI.

then I chat with second agent she changed the mistake and make sure my imei is att and says “So I assume that there is an error on
our online website on unlock device request
that stating your device is not from AT8T, but
I am very sure that it is a AT & T device. And it
should be unlocked since there is no reason
for us not unlocking it
.” but the second case also be  refuse because back office team say this imei 356597080521086 is not belong to ATT!

Apple agent also make sure this phone is att policy!

i have no idea

I have tried different browsers, but had no luck

Where and when, and for how much did you purchase the phone?

 This message indicates the phone has not been used on ATT, but was sold as a prepaid phone.  Prepaid phones are sold below retail price and are locked and will not be unlocked until you use it for 6 months on ATT.  In the past the phones could be unlocked before use.  This loop hole is closed
