I can't turn on my iPhone 6s after powering it down.

I powered my iPhone 6s off. Trying to get it back on,  there is just a spinning object in the middle of a black screen and the phone seems frozen this way. How can I fix this?

About the only thing you can do is press and hold the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. If that doesn't work, take it to Apple.

Someone at at&t told me to hold the power and home buttons at the same time and it worked!

Did it ever go off all the way? Is the spinning from powering OFF? or during the back ON part?
