We'd love to get your device up and running again! For starters, what device are you using specifically? When you say you can't access call forwarding because it's busy, what message display are you seeing? Is your device updated to the latest software? If so, did these issues begin occurring after the update?
Apart from those questions, we'd also like for you to perform some basic troubleshooting, using our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Select your device to begin. On the next page, select Phone calls beneath Service/network issues. Follow the steps and see if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!
