How to make phone notify me of calls, calendar items and messages?
I have an iPhone 7. My notifications are on for calls, messages and calendar items BUT it only vibrates and doesn't "sound" the signal I chose for these apps. How can I fix it? I've reset back to factory settings, powered off the two different ways - but the problem still persists.

Is your switch on the side of the phone turned off so that the phone is silent? Is your volume turned down? Have you tried a different ringtone?

I have a "LIFEPROOF" hard case which I had to remove. Because of my frustrations with my AT&T service and my phone acting up, I failed to double check the possibility of my alerts being OFF!!!!!!! Thanks for the reminder. I've got to drill that resolution in my brain.
