How do I release a phone from a business account?
The phone is not in use and our company would like to give it away to an empoyee. In order for another carrier to be compatiable with this phone, our company needs to release it from our account. How do we do that? There is no longer a number attached to it. It's identifilable by it's IMEI and ICCID.

If the phone is not being used, all the employee needs to do is get a new SIM and put it in the phone. The SIM in the phone is tied to the account, not the phone.

Doesn't work. It won't accept a SIM from a different carrier.
