 Hello @Realstorm1,

Having your headphones disconnect while you are trying to use them is never a good thing. I will be more than happy to help!

First, we will want to check the cords and ports on the iPhone and the lightning connector too. We will be looking for any debris or anything else which may be impacting the connection.

If you are using a connector which was purchased from an outside source, other than an apple certified one, it may be a bad connection. Apple has an article which can help identify uncertified lightning connector accessories. You can try using the connector with another iPhone to determine if you get the same error message.

Let me know if this information helps!
