How do I set up a greeting?

1. From your mobile phone, press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
2. Do one of the following:
   • For a new voicemail box—follow the prompts to create your password and greeting.
   • For an existing voicemail box—enter your password if prompted. Your voicemail greeting and messages will transfer over to your new phone.

To set up new voicemail & Password:

1. From your wireless phone, press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
2. Select your language preference.
3. Create a 7 to 15-digit password.
4. Select your preferred greeting.
5. Listen to the brief voicemail tutorial.

If you hang up before the tutorial completes, it will play again the next time you check voicemail.

For existing voicemail setup on new phone:

1. Press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
2. Enter your current voicemail password, if prompted. Your current voicemail greeting and messages will transfer to your new phone.
