Found lost Phone
A family members cell was lost in a bus. Received it back from lost and found from the MTA. What should I do with the cell phone that was found? Family currently has the replacement phone received a couples of days ago.

As instructed by Assurion, a lost device that is found should be returned by using the pre-addressed pre-paid return label included with the replacement device.

If you lost a phone, got a replacement from the insurance company, and then afterwards found the lost phone, then the lost phone belongs to the insurance company. The insurance company likely blacklisted the phone.
