Why do my calls immediately go to 'Call Failed' when I answer?
I cannot answer my calls. As soon as I try the call immediately goes to call failed. It works sometimes. Like when I’m in 4G area. But definitely not in WiFi calling.

We understand. Let us know which iPhone you have specifically. You can also try resetting your network settings to see if this helps. This will erase your saved settings, including Wi-Fi passwords, preferred networks, and VPN settings. Be sure to save important info before doing so.
You can also try using our Troubleshoot & resolve tool for basic troubleshooting options. Choose the brand and make of your device to begin. Select Phone calls under Service/network issues to get started. Follow the steps, and let us know if these options help!

Hi, @GigiXan,
We'd love to help with this. Press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears on the screen. Slide it off and wait for thirty seconds before pressing the side button until the Apple logo appears. If you're still having issues making calls after the restart, please let us know. What type of iPhone are you using?

That did nothing for my iPhone 11 Pro. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks and just discovered I can't make a call, all I get is "failed".

Ditto. I haven't been able to send or receive text to non-iPhone users since I bought my iPhone 11 and now I am having the call failed message almost every time I make a call. It typically works on the second attempt.

I have an iPhone 7 with a “Call Fail” message. Also my I cannot receive calls either. My wife’s iPhone works just fine on the AT&T network. I did turn the phone on and off twice. I also reset my network settings without any luck. I can still text, FaceTime, browse just fine. I just can’t make a call.
