Enable Wifi Calling iOS 9.2.1

Oops! Thant wasn't supposed to happen.  Give us a minute and we'll get it fixed so you can try again.

I cannot get wifi calling enabled.  Is there a solution for this problem? I have three iphones with the same issue.

I would assume your not in a HDvoice area.  HDvoice is required for wifi calling to work.

I get this message "Oops! We can't turn on Wi-Fi Calling for your account. Think this message is a mistake? Ask the person who can make account changes to call us. The number is 800.331.0500."   My phone is a brand new iPhone SE, running iOS 9.3, and I am in fact in a HD-calling area, according to AT&T's own map.  Not only is this message annoying but it sounds like it was composed by a smart-alec type--I mean, really, "think this message is a mistake?"  Yeah, I sure DO think it's a mistake, and the reason is because with such wordage the message could actually give some kind of clue as to WHY the service is not being enabled.
