Since it has not actually been released yet, no way of knowing for sure but since it will have the same basic hardware as the 6s, I'd be very surprised if it doesn't. 

Unfortunately there aren't any specifics on this at the present time. As this is a newly announced device we will not have this information until closer to the release date (and possibly not until the release date).

So it will be supported on the iPhone SE as long as it has iOS 9.3 or later (and I'm sure it will come standard with iOS 9.3 or later). Nice catch GLIMMERMAN76.
