Did not receive unlock confirmation email

Hello,

 

i submitted the unlock lock request for my iPhone but never received the email confirmation. I want to resubmit but even after 48 hours I receive this message:” Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI.”

 

please help me with this issue.

We'll email your unlock request status within two business days. If you submitted the request over the weekend, you will receive the email by Wednesday.

I am under the same situation...'

 

i have few lines on my account and they are fully paid. i would like to get those phones unlocked.

 

for one line, AT&T said they did send the email but i never received it. 

 

for other two lines, AT&T says the IMEI number dont match with the phone number. 

 

what should i do? Tried explaining to the customer service and she was stuck on *#06# 

 

Seriously...

 

I will appreciate the help here...

Please help me since October 12 2020 you send me this

Confirm your unlock request within 24 hours


unfortunately I didn’t see it before the 24 hours and since then I try to submit it back you always said my request is processing pleas help me because I try to do that since October 17 2020
