Device not recognized for device unlock website

My phone is not listed for it to be unlocked on att.com/deviceunlock. I have been trying to get my phone unlocked for weeks. Can you help please?

Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums.  I recently assisted my mom with getting her phone unlocked for use overseas, so I completely understand how important it is to get it unlocked.  I would be happy to help you.

If the phone was sold off the prepaid rack, then it was sold at a discount and must be used on ATT for a minimum service period.  

The loop hole that allowed discounted phones to be unlocked before activation, avoiding the 6 month lock, has been closed for almost a year.
