Deposits!

Hello my name is Kiana and I have been trying to get phones with ATT for the longest. I have went inside the store and EVERYTHING! I go inside the store and they tell me that I have to pay 750.00 deposit to get phones. That unreal to me! But the thing is I work for Teleperformance on the ATT project and they are telling me that I am not an real employee for ATT , I even have an ATT UID number, how can I get around this?
