Deleted text messages.
I have a court case, and I need my deleted text messages to prove my innocence, is there a way to recover these lost text messages?

Not unless you use ATT messages back up and sync and those messages were saved.
Text content is not saved by the carrier

Another possibility is if you have a backup of your phone prior to deleting. You can either restore from that backup or extract messages from that backup.
