We can definitely help with deleted photos.
Were the photos - Photo Stream Photos, or Camera Roll Photos?
Camera Roll Photos can be recovered by restoring to your most recent iCloud backup, if the photos were on your device when the backup was created. Check out the link for a step-by-step guide to restore from an iCloud backup.
