In the last two weeks cell phone calls to and from my home are breaking up. I can hear the caller fine but they can only hear me intermittently. I did the cell phone troubleshoot but it said my coverage was fine. What else could be wrong. I am 72 years old and this phone is literally my lifeline as I do not have a land line.
Is the problem only occurring while you are inside at home? If it is Wi-Fi Calling maybe a solution. You can make calls, text and, voicemail using Wi-Fi. We encourage you to check out Wi-Fi Calling and if you are still having problems just reply with your Zip Code so we can take a closer look.
