I just got my iPhone in the mail today and tried activating online and I keep getting the error ACT115 : Looks like we're having some difficulty processing your device upgrade request. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please try again later. For help right now, give us a call at 800.331.0500. (ACT115)
I tried and then waited and tried again. same thing. tried calling and they are closed even though its only 6pm where I'm at.

I spent over 3 hours on the chat line with 2 reps and nearly 5hours in total having a promise that at least my old phone would be available to use (it was inactivated in the futile attempts at activating my new MAX). I was promised a phone call after the 30-60" that it would take to re-activate my old phone. Needless to say, no phone call (with alternate # provided) and no working phone at all on ATT.
