Cannot get mail
I have an old sbcglobal account that has stopped responding. Error message reads user name and password for sbcglobal is incorrect and also server is not responding. I have done nothing to the account, this has happened in the past but resolved on its own within a few days. Is this a server issue? I last was able to acces on Thursday. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

We'd love to help you here! What device are you using? Is the email address associated with an AT&T service? or Is it a free email address? To get started, we suggest that you clear cache and browsing history on your device and then try again.

Hi thanks for the help I’m using an iPhone 6s and the email is an old Sbcglobal account. The password has stopped working for some reason too so I can’t try to log on on another device. I tried resetting my history and cache before I reached out to you.
