Cannot find IMEI Number in ATT Device Portal

Being able to find the IMEI number for your device should be an easy task. I find it hard to find it on my iPhone as well. It’s my pleasure to help with a few tricks!

At this time the IMEI number cannot be found on the account itself, I do apologize for the inconvenience. The good news is you can find it directly from your phone. The first way to get your IMEI number is by dialing * # 06 # straight from your device.

The second way to retrieve your IMEI is by going through the settings. Please go to Settings > General > About, and you will also see the IMEI there.
