Can't unlock phone, even though it has been payed off.
So recently I payed off my IPhone 8+ and left AT&T for another provider. When I try to unlock my phone it gives me a message saying “Device has not been payed” even though I have payed it off, how do I fix this?

It sometimes takes a billing cycle for the system to recognize that the phone has been paid. If it has been more the 3 weeks, you can file an FCC or BBB complaint and someone from AT&T will get in touch with you.
