It has been a month since I have payed off my phone in order to unlock. I am currently overseas and am unable to use my phone or make any progress with unlocking. I have the receipt for paying off my phone and was told that it should be working far before now. I get an error message when going through the process that says "Looks like you haven't paid off your device yet. Follow these steps to pay off your installment plan. Then, wait 48 hours before you submit a new request."
Please help as I need my phone for business while I am out here for the next few months.

Having same problem since past 10days with a new case opened every 2 days. Phone paid off 2 months back.
