Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear your phone is having issues after the latest updates.  I would be happy to help you get your phone working again.

 

Thankfully Apple has a great article that offers troubleshooting steps which usually fixes this type of issue.  Connecting it to iTunes will probably be the quickest way to recover your device.
