Can't call out and receive phone

I refilled my account but still can't work.I couldn't call to anyone and receive the call.Wireless also

I am so very sorry to hear you are not currently able to make or receive phone calls. In today’s world, it’s very important we are able to stay in contact with friends and family through our phones. It would be a pleasure to assist you!

 

Have you already tried turning your phone off to help refresh it? If not, please power your phone off for at least 15 – 20 seconds to help refresh the device. Afterwards, please power the phone back on, and then attempt to make a phone call.
