I can place Calls but Siri and Safari Wont open and claim I'm not subscribed With a cellular carrier? I just got a new sim from the att retailer 2day

For what plan ??
not every plan includes data, $30 - 30 day Gophone, $2 per day and 25 cent per minute have no data plan.
