Can I give my iphone to another line in my plan?

My mom and I are in the same mobile share plan. I got an iphone 5 last year. Can I give my phone to her? So she can using her number on my iphone?  She is using old phone. The sim card size are different. Can I request a nano sim for her? Do I need to pay something? Or how can I tell the retailer to do this?

Yes you can. The easiest way would be to do this swap in a corporate store since she will need a new sim card. She will also need to add an appropriate data plan since you can't use an iPhone without one. If she is the account holder you can't do this swap without her being with you.
