Calls not coming through and us number comes in with a Mexican nimber
My mom has been unable to get through to me for days and she says it just rings and rings and doesn’t even go to voicemail. She also called a week ago and the number came across as s Mexican phone number. This happened about a year ago and I had to get a new SIM card and it stopped happening...any ideas on why this keep happening?

We'd love to assist you with the issues you're facing with your device! From what we've read, there are issues with sending/receiving a call, and the caller ID as well. For starters, what type of devices are being used? Secondly, we encourage you to try our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Select the device in question, and then you can focus on call forwarding or Caller ID, and phone calls beneath the Serivce/network issues seciton. Let us know the results when you're finished!
