Calls and messages
I’ve been trying to call my fiancé’s iPhone and i hear one ring and it goes to voicemail. I’ve had my friends call and they hear the same thing (he doesn’t have their numbers); One of the numbers that called him received messages from his family member.
Is this possible that the lines got mixed up?

Not being able to reach someone can be annoying and problematic, especially if it is your fiancé! We do have some great resources to help you discover a resolution.
Please feel free to visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Here, you choose your Phone Manufacturer > then choose your Device > under Service/network issues, please choose Phone Calls. Here, you can follow a troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your device!
From the way you describe it, it does sound like there is a chance this has to do with something about having your fiancé’s phone connected to another device. This will not be the same as the lines mixed up, but something in regards to Apple Continuity which allow connected devices to work together. Another option is if for some reason both phones are using the same Apple ID. This can cause various devices using same Apple ID to ring at same time or receive same messages. This is generally related to FaceTime as well. Please click here for troubleshooting this.
