For some reason I cannot make or receive phone calls. Yes my bill is Paid! The phone works as normal but ends the call as it is begins.

The rep ping'd my phone & it's working now. Try borrowing a working phone and call in if you can.

The only fix I found was to make sure do not disturb isn't on and it is not. Any ideas??
