I have an AT&T family plan. When my wife makes a call, the receiving phone displays my name, the primary account holder, rather than hers. Her cell phone number is displayed. How can she change her setup so her name as well as her phone number is displayed?
I have a Iphone 6S and she has an Iphone 5. Both are running the latest IOS.

Is has to be changed on the online account.
sign in to your account.
Select profile from top bar.
select user information.
Change the line at the top right (orange box)
select edit and type the name
dont forget to save.
