Good afternoon @ABSAWS,

I know how important it is to be able to hear the person you’re speaking with. I know I sure don’t like having to ask people to repeat themselves. I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

Is the sound volume loud enough when you play music from the phone? This will help determine where the issue lies. I suggest checking where the speaker is located. See if there is any debris built up. It may be necessary to remove the case if you have one.

Does this only happen when you’re on a phone call? This could be an indicator of a service issue. If this is the case, I recommend checking out our Troubleshoot & Resolve. By logging into your myAT&T account, you will receive a personalized diagnostic experience specific to your device settings, provisioning, and the status of nearby towers.

Let me know if this helps. Have a wonderful day!

It's only during a call that my volume don't work good but I have cleaned where my speaker is and there isn't anything there
