Call failed

I have an iPhone 7plus. Every outgoing call I make fails and anyone who calls me, if the call does go through, I cannot hear. I know that coverage is good in my area right now and have tried removing my blocked numbers, toggling airplane mode, restarting my phone, and resetting my network.

We'd love to help with this. Thank you for providing the troubleshooting steps you've tried to resolve your calling issue. Have you tried replacing the SIM card yet? If you have an AT&T Store in your area, you can do so there quickly and easily.


If replacing the SIM card doesn't help, you'll want to perform a factory reset. Before doing so, you'll want to back up your iPhone to iTunes or iCloud. If neither replacing the SIM card or a factory reset restores the device's functionality, please let us know so that we can investigate further.
