Broken LCD

I have an Iphone se. I dropped it and the LCD on it broke along with the screen. Will I be able to get my phone fixed at AT&T or will i need to take it elsewere?

No. ATT does not do phone repairs and definitely not iPhones. For a screen repair, best to take it to Apple.

Does AT&T have parts so that I can replace the LCD screen myself?

@Heyimcat

As you can see, ATT sells phones, but Apple has means to repair.  Other 3rd party companies like Cellaris in your local mall as an example can do it too and is a better choice for older phones.

If you are handy, and it sounds like you are, search iFixit.  They sell orderable kits for things like this you can use to make your own repairs.  They are not the only ones that sell replacement parts, but their step by step instructions are quite good.
