Bluetooth issues
My Bluetooth is disconnecting about a foot away...T his is happening with all Bluetooth devices! Also every time I get an alert my Bluetooth volume gets turned down.. I have done everything, including completely resetting and wiping. Phone no luck.... help please

Thanks for reaching out to us! We're happy to help. To begin, we'll need to know a bit more information as far as your device goes. That way, we can determine if this is a common problem or not. What type of device are you using specifically? How long have you been experiencing this issue? Is your phone up to date with the latest software? If so, did this problem begin occurring after the software update?
Apart from this, you can also use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Select the brand and make of you device to begin. On the next page, select Bluetooth beneath Device/software issues. Follow the steps and let us know if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!
