How do I get the right phone sent to Assuron and my IMEI unblocked?
I have two AT&T accounts on one account my son lost his iPhone7 phone, at first I wanted to buy him a used phone from a pawnshop so I got a new sims card and activated it using my iPhone 8 phone. I could not find a used or refurbished phone for cheap so I had to file an insurance claim. Assuron had a list of phones that my son had used instead of picking the iPhone7 I picked the iphone8 I informed Assuron of the mistake but they still sent an iPhone8 and blacklisted my iphone8 that I used to activate my son's sim card. I have contacted ATT several times. How can send this phone back to Assuron and get the correct phone so my phone can get off the blacklist?

Thank you for contacting us about this issue. In order for you to have the phone sent back, you'll want to contact Asurion directly. They will be the ones who will be able to remove your device from the blacklist. Please let them know the situation, and they should be able to sort everything out for you. My phone has been reported stolen by my grandma and ive gone to at&t to get service on it and they let me know it was locked can i get help please??
